Essential Oil Recipes or Blends
Essential Oils are a volatile and extremely powerful tool we can use to assist our natural health on a daily basis. The blends included on the website are only suggestions and are designed to give you ideas on how you can use your pure essential oils to work more for you and your family. We all react differently to the essential oils also, so please take this into account when you are trying out a blend. Remember when you go the doctor and he says 'here try this and if it doesn't work come back in 2 weeks and we'll try something else.' All health is like this because we are so individual in our makeup and how our body will respond to different stimuli. Some essential oils will work better for you than others and you possibly have already worked out quite a few of these. If that is the case then substitute these oils where necessary and persevere through trial and error. When you find a blend that works well for you, stick with it.
All the blends are designed to be used either in a carrier or vegetable oil, or directly into a burner or whichever other method you have chosen. Do not apply essential oil directly onto your skin without diluting it first as they are so powerful they can cause skin irritation on their own.
